Spier Pinotage – The african elegance

The suggestion for this edition is the Spier Pinotage wine, truly African, which seduces from the first sip to the end.

With a peculiar clear aspect, a light ruby colour, deep with a purple rim, its aroma enhances the ripe red fruit. Its fresh, smooth and balanced flavour with little alcohol aftertaste, the South African red wine Spier Pinotage cradles the palate accompanied by an unforgettable seduction.

Characterised by fragrant notes of black cherry, forest berries and subtle spices, this wine still leads to a challenging taste at the beginning and with a good smooth structure, rounded with balanced acidity and a persistent fruity flavor, a mixture of pleasure and happiness.

The Spier Pinotage is a wine that tastes great with red meats, especially grilled lamb chops or hamburgers with caramelised onions or risotto mushrooms, as well as a lightly seasoned vegetable curry.
